Recipe : Macaroni

Ingredients and Items you need

  1. Cheddar Cheese
  2. Macaroni
  3. A cup of Milk
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Half an onion
  6. Wooden spoon
  7. A bowl that you can put into an oven
  8. Chicken/Mushroom/sausages (optional)
  9. A tablespoon of Normal Flour
  10. An oven
  11. Butter


Step One
Boil the macaroni in the pot (medium heat) and set aside after done. Do not drained the water.By not doing so, the pasta will be nice and moist. While waiting for the pasta to soften, chop half an onion into small cubes/squares and grate a whole bloc of cheese. Get a fresh clean pot and cut a fairly thick slice ( do you even call it slicing? haha) of butter. Butter is a substitute for oil. Let it melt. Then add the chopped onions in and fry till slightly brown.

Step Two
While stirring with a wooden spoon, add a tablespoon of flour bit by bit. Then, pour a cup of milk in, also bit by bit. The flour helps thicken it and the presence of the milk helps it be more creamy and watery.Next, the fun part. Cheeesssseee... Add in the grated cheese.(only half of the grated cheese) I like mine slightly watery, so that when I put my portion in the oven, it won't be fully dry. You don't have to put in a cup of milk, you would have to use your own instinct. Add in some salt and pepper for flavor.

* Note: You must keep stirring...

Step Three
If you have any other ingredients you would like  add eg. mushrroms/chicken slices/bacon then just add them into the pot while stirring. I added slices of sausages in mine. Stir it for about another 5minutes so that the sausage is cooked fully. While waiting for it to cook, you can also pre heat the oven fro about 15 minutes at 175 deg celsius.

Step Four
Pour the macaroni into another bowl (the one that you can put into an oven) and lather the remaining grated cheese onto the pasta. The grated cheese should cover everytning.Once done, put it into the over and leave it for 30 minutes.
